Frozen Summer Peach Ice Cream Surprise Recipe:
1 ½ cupscrushed / crumbs vanilla wafers, divided
Frozen 2 ½ cups fresh sliced peaches, peaches or if out of season. Fresh peaches work the best!
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ tablespoon of a really good vanilla bean paste
1 cup soft Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream, if it is available, if not a very good store brand use in your area. If you have to make your own ice cream, you can use your own vanilla ice cream and if youpreferable. This is an easy recipe to make, so we use a store bought ice cream.
First, be distributed half of the vanilla wafer crumbs on the floor, an 8 or 9-inch baking pan. In a food processor or blender will give the peaches, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla bean paste add.
