An Angel of an Ice Cream Cake

Ice Cream cakes are always something special. They are a perfect blend of rich and creamy ice cream with moist cake and smooth glaze. This dessert treats are easy to make if you use business bought ingredients and a little imagination.

First things first, write your shopping list. You need;

1. Angel Food Cake

2. Your Favorite Flavor of Ice Cream

3. Frozen Whipped Topping

4. Fresh fruit or chocolate garnish

If youbring home all the ingredients, place the cake and the ice in the freezer for about an hour. Allow to thaw the frozen whipped cream lining up to the counter and cut into slices garnish of fresh fruit or chocolate in decorative piceces to the top of the cake.

After about an hour to remove the ice and let it thaw for about 20 minutes. Then remove the cake from the freezer and cut into three horizontal layers.

Stir the ice mix with a wooden spoon, until itsmooth and creamy, then frost between layers of cake with your favorite flavor of ice cream. When assembled Frost outside of cake with the thawed frozen whipped topping. You can then garnish the cake with fruit or chocolate.

Put the cake back in the freezer until ready to serve.
